I am so surprised by this product. I take an hour before bed and fall asleep with such ease. I wake up refreshed and I cannot say enough about how grateful I am for having good deep sleep . Highly recommended!

So happy with this product! I started taking them a couple of months before starting to try for a baby and my husband was taking the men’s version. We were able to conceive on the first month of trying. I have now moved on to the pregnancy product and it’s really helped balance my hormone levels.
